摘要: Abstract The purpose of this study was to measure the strain in posterior cruciate ligament as a function knee flexion angle and tibial slope following total arthroplasty with ligament-retaining design. Posterior measured seven fresh-frozen cadavers for slopes 10°, 8°, 5°. For all three levels tested, increased increasing approximately 100° then decreased flexion. at 8° greater than that but difference not significant. 5° significantly both 10°. This may result altered kinematics reduced range motion higher angles.
