摘要: Abstract Mucosal immunity is due in large part to the presence of a class polymeric immunoglobulins secretions epithelial surfaces vulnerable entry environmental antigens. Synthesized interstitium, these antibodies are selectively and vectorially translocated across cells by specific receptor. The receptor ultimately sacrificed proteolytic cleavage it remains associated with antibody protect against proteases present mucosal environment.
