摘要: Investigation of N2-fixing cyanobacteria from Thai soil was carried out at 2-month intervals between July 1997 and November 1999 to determine the population number, dynamics favourable habitats. Sites were selected in three parts Thailand; North, Central Northeast. In each part, various ecosystems used as sampling sites; highest elevation on top mountain, middle foot well flat areas agricultural practice uncultivated areas. Generally, a high found where rice cultivation practised, rather than other sites. The mountain less fluctuating densities increased rainy season decreased during dry season. Other environmental factors such temperature, moisture pH also affected different Cyanobacterial diversity notably influenced by type ecosystem both seasons. area containing rotation with crops contained most genetically diverse range species.
