摘要: The suitability of the cyanobacterium Tolypothrix tenuis as a potential biofertilizer was evaluated by measuring cell viability in stored samples preserved various methods, including freezing at −20°C, freeze-drying, desiccation flakes and immobilization alginate beads. recovery retained index (RVI10) were used indicators survival after 3 15 months storage. highest level (85%) obtained freeze-drying using skimmed milk resuspension solution for long-term Dried beads showed better (RVI10 0.25) than air-dried −0.63) However, desiccated previously treated with Ca2+ Mg2+ ions improved capacity longest period assayed 0.08), extending 9 compared to dried-powder material.
