摘要: Abstract A total of 173 Salmonella strains different serovars isolated during 1992 from poultry and human sources in Zaragoza (NE Spain) were investigated for potential virulence factors. Parameters studied included production aerobactin, enterobactin, colicin (including V) hemolysin, serum resistance against man, sheep, cattle chicken, binding Congo red crystal violet, auto-agglutination calcium dependency at 37°C double colony morphology. Preliminary studies showed tests with completely negative results (colicins hemolysin production, morphology, 37°C) positive (enterobactin red). The variability violet binding. Aerobactin was detected 80% clinical origin 30% healthy slaughtered chickens. Sixty-five per cent patient isolates resistant, 73% ovine 85% bovine resistant 98% chicken resistant. percentages 61, 86, 60 89% human, ovine, serum, respectively. Crystal 22.5% 32.3% origin. This study can form a marker the prevalence various characteristics (production binding) comparison future epidemiological studies. Furthermore, data this work suggested that causing enteric salmonellosis man are partially identical to carrier broilers.
