摘要: Salmonella enterica serovar 4,[5],12:b:- is a monophasic not able to express the second-phase flagellar antigen (H2 antigen). In Germany, occasionally isolated from poultry, reptiles, fish, food, and humans. this study, selection of 67 epidemiologically unrelated strains in Germany between 2000 2011 environment, animal, humans was investigated by phenotypic genotypic methods better understand population structure identify potential sources human infections. Strains were highly diverse. Within analyzed, we identified 52 different pulsed-field gel electrophoresis XbaI profiles, 12 multilocus sequence types (STs), 18 pathogenicity array types. The relatedness based on gene repertoire (102 markers tested) good agreement with grouping MLST. S. distributed across multiple eBurst groups consequently polyphyletic. Two (ST88 ST127) linked Paratyphi B (d-tartrate positive), two single-locus variants ST1583 Abony, one type (ST1484) associated Mygdal, recently defined, new serovar. From characterization clinical isolates those nonhuman origin, it can be concluded that sporadic infections most likely are mushrooms, shellfish/fish, poultry.
