摘要: Objective To study the effects of caesarean section on breastfeeding. Methods Six hundred and two [301 cases was (caesarean group) 301 vaginal delivery (vaginal group)] nulliparas were interviewed face-to-face at antepartum postpartum in an indication-matched prospective study. Results There a significantly lower prolactin (PRL) level group (8.48 nmol/L, 95% CI: 7.80 - 9.21 nmol/L) compared with (9.61 8.99 10.26 during 6 24 hours daytime after delivery. The median time breastfeeding initiation 12 2 birth for groups respectively. Caesarean important hazard shorter duration (RR = 1.21; 1.10 1.33) within one year childbirth. Conclusions is associated PRL, which line longer rate successful Necessary measures including promoting secretion PRL such as early contact, sucking analgesic method should be taken to improve rate.
