摘要: Objective Growth hormone (GH) plays an ancillary role in the regulation of immune function. GH has been shown to be associated with joint symptoms such as pain and swelling. On other hand, mirthful laughter favorable effects on neuroendocrine-immune system. We evaluated levels serum GH, insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) RA patients effect IGF-1. Methods compared IGF-1 substance P (SP) healthy subjects (control group) before after exposure "Rakugo", a traditional Japanese comical story that induces laughter. Results The basal level group was significantly higher than control group. After experiencing laughter, decreased, approaching lower There no significant difference SP between Conclusion group, decreased These results suggest homeostasis is disturbed, increased may their stress condition.
