摘要: Odontogenic Ameloblast Associated Protein (ODAM) is a protein isolated in ameloblasts during odontogenesis. ODAM expression was identified breast cancer, but its significance remains unknown. The purpose of this study to determine if can serve as prognostic marker and provide information regarding treatment human cancer. Breast cancer patients were from our tumor registry 1993 2003. Archived tissue 243 (stage 0 = 53, stage I 51, II III 47, IV 39) stained using monoclonal antibody for ODAM. Presence or absence immunostaining correlated with stage, histologic grade, response chemotherapy, survival χ 2 logistic regression analyses. Tumor nuclear staining increased increasing group (P < 0.001). Staining did not correlate grade chemotherapy 0.558, P 0.093).
