摘要: Abstract Despite the significant advances in analytical equipment, measuring drugs biological fluids, metabolic studies and determining their therapeutic range side effects requires a sample preparation step, which is due to low concentration of drug and/or complexity matrix. In fact, considered as bottle-neck an procedure this issue has led emergence developments wide solid or liquid based extraction methods both macro micro scales. This review intends study pharmaceutical applications liquid-phase microextraction (LPME) methods, principal, history, pros cons, influence key experimental factors, commercialization automation, recent future directions will be discussed. Finally, different LPME are compared terms repeatability, cleanup, efficiency, operational simplicity automation possibility for routine laboratories.
