摘要: A C825T polymorphism has been described in the GNB3 gene which encodes Gbeta3 subunit of heterotrimeric G proteins.The 825T allele is predictive enhanced Gi protein activation. This study was performed to correlate genotypes with various clinical aspects chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (B-CLL). The genotype distribution B-CLL patients similar that other Caucasian populations, arguing against a role susceptibility develop B-CLL. No statistically significant differences were observed at diagnosis between CC and homozygous or heterozygous T carriers respect age disease onset, sex distribution, proportion CD38+ Binet stage A, blood cell counts, degree bone marrow infiltration serum levels lactate dehydrogenase, thymidine kinase β2-microglobulin.
