摘要: The invention discloses a targeted sequencing data simulation method and device based on NGS. comprises the steps that multiple target area bins corresponding to depth set which needs be generated are determined, wherein simulated by each bin in bins; an expectation value of is determined; normal-distribution first random number with as average preset variance generated, whereinthe pre-determined according actual sample; Poisson-distribution second numbers aregenerated; adjustment parameters, adjusted separately, generated. According NGS, technical problem solved prior art, since sequential consumed time for detecting CNV long, large storage space occupied.
