摘要: During administration of loop diuretics the initial volume depletion activates Na-conserving mechanisms, which reduces glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and stimulates renal tubular reabsorption Na water. By i.v. infusion angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor enalaprilat (100 micrograms bolus; 100 micrograms/h) we examined role angiotensin II for compensatory responses occurring during furosemide in conscious rats. To evaluate significance hydration effects II, experiments were performed groups rats with or without replacement urinary losses. Furosemide was administered (6 mg/kg/h) 3 1/2 hr. produced a short-lasting increase urine flow rate, Na, Li K excretion after rates returned toward pretreatment levels, along significant reductions effective plasma GFR increases fraction vascular resistance.
