摘要: We sought to evaluate the acute effect of furosemide on glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in subjects with diastolic dysfunction. An equal number documented dysfunction (DD) and healthy volunteers (controls) were enrolled underwent a baseline GFR measurement via plasma clearance technetium-99m-diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid.
