摘要: Abstract : An Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) Review Panel with expertise in personnel selection, job classification, psychometrics, and cognitive psychology developed recommendations for changes to the military enlistment test. One recommendation was develop a test of cyber/information communications technology literacy supplement current ASVAB content. This article summarizes multi-phased Cyber Test development process: (a) review information/computer definitions measures, (b) pilot testing cyber knowledge measure, (c) validation scores against final school grades (FSGs) selected technical training courses, (d) an operational reporting metric subgroup norms, (e) examination construct validity. Results indicate has predictive validity incremental comparable tests when used Forces Qualification (AFQT) verbal/math composite as baseline.
