摘要: Abstract Phage release as a function of time in the one-step growth experiment is close approximation to integral normal frequency distribution. This suggests that frequencies bacterial lysis are normally distributed about mean latent period. The use probit method plot data furnishes sensitive for studying nonrandom heterogeneity population phage infected bacteria. Several examples such presented and discussed.
