摘要: Lytic phages infect their bacterial hosts, use the host machinery to replicate, and finally lyse kill releasing progeny phages. Various mathematical models have been developed that describe these phage-host viral dynamics. The aim of this study was determine which best describes dynamics lytic RNA phage MS2 its Escherichia coli C-3000. Experimental data consisted uninfected infected cell densities, free density, substrate concentration. Parameters various were either determined directly through other experimental techniques or estimated using regression analysis data. evaluated a Bayesian-based model discrimination technique. Through it shown phage-resistant cells inhibited growth population. It also population quasispecies consisting phage-sensitive cells. When there attack died out selected for became dominant strain
