摘要: Objective To assess the value of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) for identifying risk hypertension (HT) in children with vesicoureteral reflux (VUR). Methods Seventy-six primary VUR were enrolled. Patients divided into 2 groups according to renal scarring (RS). Serum creatinine, urine protein, and creatinine measured. All patients underwent ABPM casual (BP) examination. measurements standardized age, gender, height by Lambda-Mu-Sigma method. Results Urine protein concentrations statistically higher RS (+) group than (−) ( P  = .05). Casual systolic diastolic BP standard deviation score (SDS) values not different between groups. Day, night 24-hour SDS, day mean arterial SDS significantly that .015, .031, .013, .07, .021, respectively). increased severe compared ones mild moderate >.05). Conclusion is more sensitive might be used early identification HT patients. The severity increases VUR. Controlling proteinuria would decrease progression damage
