摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between blood pressure (BP), measured with ambulatory monitoring (ABPM), and progression renal damage in 100 (70 females, 30 males) normotensive children reflux nephropathy (RN). patients, mean age 13.5±5 years almost 5 follow–up, were divided according degree RN into group A (I/II) B (III/IV). For each subject, 24–h systolic diastolic BP (SBP–DBP), load (percentage readings that exceeded age– sex–specific 95th percentile), biochemical parameters recorded. There no significant difference casual groups. SBP–DBP significantly higher than A. a creatinine (Cr) levels groups, Cr correlated both In B, microalbuminuria BP, plasma renin activity failed decrease chronological age. Elevated shown 8 50 patients 21 B. 3 12 increased left ventricular geometry, by integrated backscatter, abnormal. ABPM useful selected at risk hypertension.
