摘要: Poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE)-blended poly(ether-etherketone) (PEEK)-based materials for bearings was evaluated by ring-on-disc test equipment. The role of PTFE on load carrying capacities studied from the viewpoint tribochemistry. PEEK-based were improved addition PTFE. dispersion degree in PEEK strongly affected tribological properties. Time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron employed to study surface chemistry rubbed surface. results indicate that formation boundary film composed is beneficial improve capacities.
