Circular RNA circMYO9B facilitates breast cancer cell proliferation and invasiveness via upregulating FOXP4 expression by sponging miR-4316

摘要: Recently, circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been demonstrated as essential regulators in human cancers. However, the function and mechanism of circRNAs breast cancer (BC) remain largely unknown require to be investigated. In present study, we found that circMYO9B was highly expressed BC tissues by bioinformatics analysis. And showed expression positively correlated with patients' prognosis. Moreover, knockdown significantly suppressed proliferation, migration invasion cells vitro. vivo assays also indicated silence delayed tumor growth. mechanism, promoted FOXP4 sponging miR-4316 cells. We inversely associated or tissues. Finally, restoration reversed effects on cell invasion. conclusion, our findings a key role circMYO9B/miR-4316/FOXP4 axis regulating progression.
