摘要: Abstract Using two oligoprimers derived from the bovine placental estrogen sulfotransferase sequence, we amplified a probe for human sulfotransferase. this to screen cDNA library constructed in λgt11, isolated clone of 1.3 kb encoding DNA analysis predicts protein 295 amino acids with calculated molecular weight 34199. Alignment acid sequence other sulfotransferases indicates that shares 68.6, 68.2 and 65.9% similarity placental, guinea pig adrenocortical, rat liver sulfotransferase, respectively. It shows also 95.6, 57.6, 85.3, 54.2% phenol, DHEA, hydroxysteroid Transfection expression vectors dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) adrenal adenocarcinoma SW-13 cells transforms estrone more specifically, whereas DHEA is specific pregnenolone.
