摘要: We report a sensitive method for the estimation of quinine (Qn), cinchonine (Cn), and cinchonidine (Cnd) new based on fluorescence enhancement detection quantification quinidine (Qnd) from Cinchona stem bark its formulations, using HPTLC. Standard solutions Qn, Qnd, Cn, Cnd were applied precoated HPTLC plates developed with chloroform/diethylamine (9.6:1.4 v/v). The scanned quantified at 226 nm Qnd 366 in reflectance mode ([symbol: see text] K400 filter). was validated precision, accuracy repeatability. Further, officinalis some herbal homeopathic formulations evaluated their individual alkaloid content applying method.
