摘要: The main girder and the piers of bridges are generally linked with sliding bearings. Under seismic excitation, pounding effects between abutment, adjacent blocking device caused by excessive relative displacements piers, abutments highly probable. can not only damage structure but also lead to collapsing. Based on a continuous viaduct, paper studied disciplines response under uniform excitation spatial then put forward that composite metal damper may reduce effect pounding. research shows same intensity, results, including force, shear force fixed bearings plastic hinge amplified multi-point than excitation. And dampers responds frequent earthquakes prevent or largely severe earthquakes. Therefore dynamic performance be lessened. reduction is widely well-adapted both
