摘要: Why do some T cell express idiotypes that are serologically similar to those of the B cells, since it is now well established cells not use Ig genes for their antigen specific receptors? In this review article, we have summarized evidence influence Igh linked on Suppressor repertoire, using anti-u treated mice as a model system. We investigated whether and molecules play role in generation Ts repertoire. While our results clearly confirmed important establishment experiments failed resolve fundamental question - 'what dictates restriction specificity Ts?' from did lose all specificity. Instead, they expressed an altered These suggest there at least two independent mechanisms responsible suppressor A pre-selected germ line one, which independent, mature dependent. The precise repertoire remain be determined.
