摘要: This study compared the analgesic effects of epidural tramadol versus morphine in six healthy cats. Under general anesthesia, each cat received an injection saline 0.22 ml/kg (control treatment, CT), 1mg/kg (tramadol TT), or 0.1mg/kg (morphine MT). After cats had recovered from anesthesia a simple descriptive scale (SDS), visual analog (VAS) and physiological parameters (respiratory heart rate) were used to assess analgesia level noxious stimulus (base tail skin fold clamping) at 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12h post-epidural. Group TT higher SDS VAS score when MT 10 CT all time points MT. In conclusion both provided this model for first 6h; with resulting longer lasting tramadol.
