摘要: The immunohistochemical localization of epinephrine (E), norepinephrine (NE), and chromogranin was analyzed in normal neoplastic neuroendocrine cells. detection tyrosine hydroxylase (TH), dopamine beta-hydroxylase (DBH), phenylethanolamine N-methyltransferase (PNMT) used to distinguish between uptake biosynthesis catecholamines. E, NE, chromogranin, TH, DBH, PNMT were found the human adrenal medulla pheochromocytomas. Although many tissues outside gland contained immunoreactive only a small percentage these DBH. E few adrenal, including cardiac paragangliomas, enzyme localized some neoplasms. There very close agreement catecholamines tissues. These results indicate that presence cells tumors within other sites may be closely related.
