The authors report case of an asymptomatic diffuse IHH in newborn male, which was presented as incidental finding at the time patient diagnosed with pyloric stenosis. treated increasing doses propranolol were well tolerated. With regression by reached one year age, there significant imagiologic improvement. Because no consensus on optimal approach for treatment liver tumours newborns, it important adopt systematic approach. After diagnosis has been established, decision initiate therapeutic choice often controversial. Regular follow-up recommended monitor possible complications.
