摘要: Infantile hepatic hemangioma is the third most frequent liver tumor in children and common below 6 months of age. Therapeutic options depend on clinical manifestations should be tailored an individual patient basis. We present case a 4 year old boy with neonatal diagnosis large vascularized imagiological criteria infantile hemangioma. highlight occurrence heart failure Kasabach-Merrit syndrome (thrombocytopenia, anemia) that have spontaneously regressed. During follow up, sequential imaging (ultrasound Doppler, magnetic resonance imaging, dynamic contrast enhancement computed tomography) confirmed hypothesis IHH, allowing vascular mapping lesion. From first on, we observed favorable course progressive regression. In case, conservative approach has been maintained, but best therapeutic option remains unclear. specific features this discussing cost-effective approach.
