The Safe and Effective Use of Shared Data Underpinned by Stakeholder Engagement and Evaluation Practice

摘要: Objectives: The paper draws attention to: i) key considerations involving the confidentiality, privacy, and security of shared data; ii) requirements needed to build collaborative arrangements encompassing all stakeholders with goal ensuring safe, secure, quality use data. Method: A narrative review existing research policy approaches along expert perspectives drawn from International Medical Informatics Association (IMIA) Working Group on Technology Assessment Quality Development in Health Care European Federation for (EFMI) Information Systems. Results: The technological ability merge, link, re-use, exchange data has outpaced establishment policies, procedures, processes monitor ethics legality Questions remain about how guarantee data, establish maintain public trust across large-scale enterprises. This identifies importance governance frameworks (incorporating engagement stakeholders) underpin management use. The also provides some national measures compliance best practice. Conclusion: Data sharing endeavours can help new models health care which provide information, engagement, accountability amongst stakeholders. We believe that commitment rigorous evaluation stakeholder will be critical delivering benefits into future.
