摘要: The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect viroses in symptomatic and asymptomatic grapevines on agronomic variables related plant vigor enological quality grapes, compare viral isolates obtained from these two conditions. Two experiments were performed with four cultivars. All plants indexed by real time, reverse transcription‑polymerase chain reaction (RT‑PCR) for probable occurrence following viruses: Grapevine virus A (GVA), B (GVB), D (GVD), leafroll‑associated (GLRaV‑1 ‑4, GLRaV‑4 strain 5), rupestris stem pitting‑associated (GRSPaV), fleck (GFkV). evaluated were: number buds burst not burst, branches or without bunches, total buds, fresh bunch weight, berry rachis berries per bunch, average soluble solids, titratable acidity, pH, pruned branch rootstock scion trunk diameters. negative effects more pronounced symptoms; however, it observed that symptoms also often infected. molecular analysis GRSPaV, GVA, GLRaV‑2, plants, resulted a high percentage nucleotide identities between homologous isolates.
