摘要: We report the synthesis and characterization of cadmium selenide nanocrystals with electroactive ligands directly attached to surface. The conventional surfactant-assisted yields surfaces functionalized insulating organic ligands. These act as a barrier for charge transport between nanocrystals. Electroactive (reducing/oxidizing) like ferrocene cobaltocene have potential applications photoexcited hole conductors photoredox systems.
