摘要: Abstract 1. The lipid composition of tuatara liver, lung and adipose tissues was investigated. 2. major constituents were: (a) liver—triacylglycerol, phosphatidyl ethanolamine choline; (b) lung—phosphatidyl choline sphingomyelin; (c) tissue—triacylglycerol choline. 3. fatty acid determined for all individual classes examined. These analyses were extended to show the stereospecific distribution saturated polyunsaturated acids in liver phospholipids. 4. results are consistent with those reported other vertebrates.
