摘要: . Purpose: This study aims to identify progression factors in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG), including the effects of treatment dorzolamide 2% or brinzolamide 1%, each added timolol 0.5%. Methods: A sample 161 POAG were prospectively randomized receive either (DT) 1% (BT) b.i.d., 0.5%, during a 60-month, evaluator-masked study. Progression was determined by perimetric criteria. Factors associated visual field estimated using conditional Cox hazard model patient intraclass correlation and expressed as ratios (HRs) 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs). Results: Predictive baseline lower diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial (MAP), antihypertensive treatment, end-diastolic velocity (EDV) ophthalmic artery (OA) short posterior ciliary (SPCA), higher resistivity index (RI) OA SPCA. risk decreased approximately 30% 20% centimetre per second increase EDV SPCA, respectively, from last follow-up visit. Each RI decrease (or increase) 0.01 unit SPCA an approximate for progression. In multivariate analysis, significantly eyes treated DT (HR = 0.65, CI 0.41–0.90) compared those BT. Conclusions: increased DBP, MAP, medication, The half that BT.
