摘要: Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) is a label-free method of molecular detection particular interest for biomedical applications. We aim to create hand-held, easy use EIS measurement device, biomolecular detection. cyclic voltammetry systems help millions diabetics monitor their blood glucose levels 2–8 times per day, but very limited due the poor lower limit The technique can be used detect much larger array biomolecules at low concentration. Our system generates magnitude and phase impedance from test samples via MATLAB, which provides real imaginary components impedance. circuit was integrated on single chip fabricated in standard 0.5 μm CMOS technology. A hand-held built using an Arduino Uno measure Randles equivalent over frequency range 1 Hz 2 kHz, simulation results show excellent agreement.
