摘要: Abstract The influence of microstructure on the hydrogen permeability, diffusivity and solubility in 2.25% Cr–1% Mo ferritic steel was investigated using electrochemical permeation technique. Varieties microstructures ranging from martensite water-quenched (WQ) to a predominant ferrite structure annealed were characterised analytical transmission electron microscopy. In tempered structures, continuous precipitation variety carbides different morphologies sizes also characterised. showed increase as changed with increasing extent tempering. Solubility corresponding decrease. trends have been understood terms number reversible traps available for these structures. Accordingly, offered maximum resistance least due annihilation defects during tempering reduction solute content matrix precipitation.
