摘要: Multimode optical fibers are attractive for biomedical and sensing applications because they possess a small cross section can bend over radii of curvature. However, mode phase-velocity dispersion random coupling change with bending, temperature, other perturbations, producing scrambling interference among propagating modes; hence preventing its use focusing or imaging. To tackle this problem we introduce system capable re-focusing light through multimode fiber in 37ms, one order magnitude faster than demonstrated previous reports. As result, the focus spot be maintained during significant bending fiber, opening numerous opportunities endoscopic imaging energy delivery applications. We measure transmission matrix by projecting binary-amplitude computer generated holograms using digital micro-mirror device controlled field programmable gate array. The shows two orders enhancements relative to background.
