摘要: A method of selecting a population adherent cells placenta tissue suitable for transplantation is disclosed. The comprising: (a) determining prior to in candidate at least one the following parameters: (i) percentage viable population; (ii) immune phenotype (iii) xeno-contamination (iv) sterility and (v) immunosuppressive activity (b) or excluding according predetermined values parameters, thereby transplantation.
