摘要: The present invention relates to placenta tissue-derived multipotent stem cells and cell therapeutic agents containing the same. More specifically, a method for producing having following characteristics, comprising culturing amnion, chorion, decidua or tissue in medium collagenase bFGF collecting cultured cells: (a) showing positive immunological response CD29, CD44, CD73, CD90 CD105, negative CD31, CD34, CD45 HLA-DR; (b) Oct4 SSEA4; (c) growing attached plastic, round-shaped spindle-shaped morphology, forming spheres an SFM so as be able maintained undifferentiated state long period of time; (d) ability differentiate into mesoderm-, endoderm- ectoderm-derived cells. Also obtained using production method. inventive have muscle cells, vascular endothelial osteogenic nerve satellite fat cartilage-forming insuline-secreting pancreatic β-cells, thus are effective treatment muscular diseases, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, nervous diabetes like, useful formation breast tissue.
