摘要: Objective Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have a broad differentiation potential. We aimed to determine if MSCs are present in fetal membranes and placental tissue assess their potential differentiate into neurogenic mesodermal lineages. Study design isolated from first third trimester chorion amnion chorionic villi characterized morphologically by flourescence-activated cell sorting analysis. Their ability mature under different culture conditions various of neuroectodermal lines was assessed immuno- cytochemical staining. Results Independent gestational age, placenta showed typical MSC phenotype (positive for CD166, CD105, CD90, CD73, CD49e, CD44, CD29, CD13, MHC I; negative CD14, CD34, CD45, II) were able expressing markers/cytologic staining consistent with chondroblasts, osteoblasts, adipocytes, or myocytes neuronal presenting markers stages maturation. The pattern mainly dependent on type. Conclusion chorion, amnion, villous stroma can be differentiated neurogenic, chondrogenic, osteogenic, adipogenic, myogenic lineage. Placental obtained during prenatal sampling at delivery might an ideal source autologous graft peripartum neuroregeneration other clinical issues.
