One hundred fifty-eight mothers had initiated breastfeeding. Median was 22 (IQR 33) weeks. Children who never breastfed more likely express a desire drink (B = -1.01, p = 0.022). Longer associated lower food responsiveness (B = -1.71, p = 0.003). Maternal uncontrolled positively responsiveness, emotional overeating undereating (B = 0.21, p < 0.001; B = 0.14, p = 0.005; p = 0.005, respectively). (B = 0.27, p < 0.001, B = 0.29, p = 0.004, CONCLUSION: Not short may obesogenic children, alongside including eating. These 'food approach' increase risk overweight/obesity as they are increased energy intake, hence importance research surrounding behaviours.
