摘要: The hospital antibiotic policy should be implemented to rationalize the use and decrease risk of spread resistant bacteria. aim this study was describe consumption patterns in a single oncosurgery ward before after implementation policy. We conducted retrospective analysis at Warsaw, Poland, years 2011–2016. Calculations were based on daily defined doses (DDD), DDD/100 hospitalizations, person-days. Drug utilization rates (DU 90% DU 100%) also analyzed. After policy, total increased (365.35 DDD 2011 vs. 1359.22 2016). A significant change observed patterns: amoxicillin clavulanate carbapenems or glycopeptides decreased significantly (p < 0.05), while ciprofloxacin aminoglycosides 0.05). DU100% rate varied from 6 12 2016; 2 3–5 2013–2016. Although did not result consumption, it seems provide favorable into pattern.
