摘要: Current and detailed knowledge of antibiotic use is essential in order to implement strategies for reducing the overuse antibiotics. The objective our study was determine effectiveness implementation hospital policy (HAP) by assessing consumption Special Neonatal Care Unit (SNCU) Warsaw, Poland, before after this intervention. Antibiotic calculated daily defined doses (DDDs) per 100 patient-days DDDs admissions. antibiotics were ranked volume number antibiotics, which accounted 90 % total volume, respectively: DU90% DU100% (where DU stands drug use). Total increased slightly introduction HAP: DDDS 707.87 753.12 2011 2012, while DDDs/100 admissions 352.17 369.12 respectively. After HAP, an increase ampicillin aminoglycoside observed, along with a reduction rates (15 vs. 9 4 3, respectively). HAP resulted changes patterns, but general density remained same.
