摘要: The impact of interleukin (IL)-1s on tumor necrosis factor α-induced adipose-related protein (TIARP)/six-transmembrane prostate 2 (STAMP2) was determined in adipocytes. TIARP/STAMP2 mRNA synthesis significantly stimulated by IL-1s a dose- and time-dependent fashion 3T3-L1 Signaling studies suggested that janus kinase 2, nuclear κB, p44/42 mitogen-activated are involved IL-1s-induced expression. Furthermore, IL-1s, TNFα, IL-6 showed synergistic stimulatory effects gene Moreover, both expression were induced fully differentiated human mesenchymal stem cell-derived adipocytes (hMSC-Ad). Taken together, is highly upregulated cells hMSC-Ad might, therefore, modulate proinflammatory insulin resistance-inducing IL-1s.
