摘要: The aim of the present study was to test influence obesity and presence type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) on expression ten housekeeping genes 18S rRNA in a group human adipose tissue samples from omental subcutaneous depot. Adipose biopsies were obtained by laparoscopic surgery lean obese patients. After extraction, mRNA levels quantified real-time PCR using commercial HUMAN ENDOGENOUS CONTROL PLATES. Contrarily, GAPD gene with highest variation its levels, being upregulated (8.0-fold) downregulated (3.5-fold) Our results show that may be suitable for normalization studies performed patients suffering and/or T2DM, whereas is less appropriate comparison purposes under these circumstances.
