摘要: This study was to evaluate the levels of proinflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) and inhibitors soluble TNF-alpha receptor (sTNFR) interleukin (IL-1) antagonist (IL-1ra), as well intensity oxidative metabolism peripheral blood polymorphonuclear leukocytes in course sepsis newborns. An increase TNF-alpha, sTNFR IL-1ra concentrations found serum patients at time diagnosis. further accompanied by leukocyte stimulation and, a consequence prolonged bacterial antigen stimulation, functional exhaustion these cells their diminished observed. Within same period, an enhanced expression p55 p75 receptors on cell surfaces found. It indicated that applied pharmacotherapy caused decrease initially elevated (sTNFR, IL-1ra). The intensive therapy associated with increased burst along surfaces.
