摘要: 1. Dehydration of camels for 10 days resulted in reduction liver functions, expressed longer half life and reduced clearance bromosulfophthalein (BSP), elevated AST (ALT levels were below the limit detection method) serum albumin concentrations. 2. Binding BSP to camel proteins by gel permeation chromatography equilibrium dialysis showed very strong binding. 3. parameters various drugs close similarities both qualitatively quantitatively those humans. 4. Albumin seems be major binding protein BSP.
