摘要: Summary The distribution of serotonin-like immunoreactivity was studied in the central nervous system and gonad Pecten maximus. Cerebral pedal ganglia contain a well developed serotonin-immunoreactive neuronal subpopulation, whereas positive neurons are scarce visceral ganglion. pattern immunoreactive elements indicate that serotonin is involved peripheral neurotransmission this organ. Seasonal variations monoamines (serotonin, dopamine noradrenaline) have been investigated using HPLC. Lower concentrations observed during winter system; levels ganglion correlated to gonadal growth.
