摘要: Quantification of the growth filamentous fungi is more difficult than for bacteria or yeasts. Vegetative consists hyphae that are not readily detached from substrate and which survive blending poorly. When sporulation occurs, very high numbers spores may be produced, causing sharp rises in viable counts, often without any great increase biomass (Pitt, 1984).
