摘要: Abstract 1. In normal artificial sea water 3 × 10 −7 molar tetrodotoxin (TTX) hyperpolarizes the resting membrane of squid giant axon by about 5m V. 2. Lowering potassium level medium does not result in increased hyperpolarizing capability. 3. TTX shows no activity high salines. 4. measurably alter resistance. 5. The effect normal, and low media resembles that complete sodium removal.
